Cafe Manager, Mildura

Do you have a passion for the Hospitality industry? Are you able to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy cafe?  We are looking for an experienced Café Manager to join a new cafe opening in the Mildura region. A funky venue with a family friendly vibe, and an Asian-inspired cuisine.

Duties include:

• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

• Ensuring a strong relationship with staff and customers

• Managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times

Experience:

• Be a capable café all-rounder that can easily do all the key roles in a café: barista, customer service and food handling

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• A can-do work ethic with the ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team 

• Previous experience in a similar role

Salary:

• An attractive salary of between $70,000 to $75,000 per year, is on offer for the right candidate.
