About the Job:

Have you been working in a Supervisory role and have experience with Table Grapes? We are on the hunt for the next Supervisor to join our busy team in Mildura. You must be reliable, have a willingness to learn and a strong attention to detail. Your clear communication skills, proven people management and fun personality will be a welcome addition to our team.

Salary:

Will be covered under the Horticultural Award and will be negotiable, depending on experience. We want a Superstar!

The role will start off as casual, however, there is a view to permanency for the right candidate.

Additional Information:

• Supervise the picking team to ensure target times are achieved

• Train new picking recruits as instructed by the Picking Manager and apply coaching processes as required

• Manage training schedule of all new picking recruits

• Prepare daily work order

• Role to commence early October

• Valid working rights (passport/licence and visa) required prior to commencement.
